We have your enquiry and will usually reply within one business day. You can prepare your parcel now, or wait for our email if you want us to confirm suitability first.

1

Protect the cards

Sleeve valuable cards and use rigid protection where sensible. Keep cards snug so they cannot move, bend or rub in transit.

2

Include your details

Put a note inside the box with your full name, email address and return postal address. This is essential if the outer label is damaged.

3

Pack the box

Use a sturdy box, fill empty space and tape every opening securely. Do not rely on a loose envelope for valuable cards or slabs.

4

Post it

Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 is recommended so you can follow the parcel, but tracked postage is optional.
