1. Promoter
CARD & INK LTD (company number 16010093), registered in England and Wales. Registered office: John De Mierre House, Office 16, 20 Bridge Road, Haywards Heath, United Kingdom, RH16 1UA.
2. Eligibility
Open to people aged 18 or over who are resident in England, Scotland or Wales, excluding employees of the promoter, their immediate families, agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
3. How to enter
Create or sign in to a free Card & Ink customer account, answer the question on the competition page, confirm eligibility and accept these terms. Entry is entirely free and no purchase is necessary. One entry per person and customer account. Automated, duplicate, bulk or incomplete entries are invalid.
4. Promotional period
Entries open at 10:00pm BST on 22 July 2026 and close at 10:00pm BST on 5 August 2026. Entries received before or after that period will not be included. The promoter will not change the closing date unless circumstances outside its reasonable control make that unavoidable.
5. Prize
One 2026 Perfect Order Clefairy #094/088 Illustration Rare, graded ACE Grading 10, with an approximate retail value of £125. The prize is the pictured item, is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. UK standard delivery is included.
6. Winner selection
After entries close, one winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries with the correct answer. The draw will take place live on Whatnot at 11:00pm BST on 5 August 2026 and the selection process will be recorded. The prize will be awarded regardless of the number of eligible entries.
7. Winner contact and claim
The winner will be contacted using the email on their Card & Ink account. They must reply within 7 days and may be asked for reasonable evidence of age, identity and eligible residence before the prize is sent. If they do not reply, are ineligible or cannot be verified, another eligible winner may be drawn.
8. Active account
The account used to enter must remain active until the winner has been verified. If the account is deleted before verification, the entry cannot be authenticated and will be treated as withdrawn.
9. Result
The winner’s surname and county, or other limited winner information required to demonstrate a valid award, will be available on the result page. A winner may object to publication, but the promoter may still need to provide information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
10. Fair operation
The promoter may reject entries that are fraudulent, automated, duplicate, abusive or otherwise breach these terms. If events outside its reasonable control materially affect the giveaway, the promoter may take the minimum action necessary to run it fairly.
11. Personal information
We use your customer ID and account email, eligible territory, age confirmation, accepted terms version, answer validity, entry number and timestamp to administer the giveaway, prevent duplicate entries, select and contact the winner, and demonstrate that it was fairly run. We request delivery and verification information only from the selected winner where necessary. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed to administer the promotion and resolve complaints, then deleted or anonymised. Our service providers include Shopify and Render. Your rights and contact information are set out in our competition privacy notice and main privacy policy. Optional marketing permission is separate and is not a condition of entry; it can be withdrawn at any time without affecting an existing entry.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Entrants retain any mandatory rights they have under the law applying where they live.
