How the draw was run
- Entries closed automatically at the advertised closing time. Nothing was added afterwards.
- Eligible entries with the correct answer were exported and printed as one identical slip per entrant, using the same paper, size, fold and pen for every slip.
- Duplicate entries from the same person were identified and removed before the draw, as permitted by clauses 3 and 10 of the terms. Four slips were removed on this basis, leaving 125 valid entries.
- All 125 slips were counted into the container on camera and the total stated out loud.
- The slips were mixed, with the number of shuffles determined by dice rolled on camera, and one slip was then drawn blind by hand.
- The drawn slip was read out and shown on camera as drawn. Reserve entries were drawn immediately afterwards in the same recorded sequence, so the order of fallback was fixed before the outcome of verification was known.
- The winner was contacted using the email address on their Card & Ink account, replied within the 7-day window, and was verified as aged 18 or over and resident in an eligible part of Great Britain before the prize was released.
