What we use

We use your Shopify customer ID and account email, eligible territory, age confirmation, accepted terms version, answer validity, entry number and entry timestamp. We do not ask every entrant for a full address or date of birth. We request delivery and reasonable eligibility-verification information only from the provisional winner where necessary.

Why we use it

We use this information to administer a fair free giveaway, prevent duplicate entries, select and contact the winner, deliver the prize, handle queries and demonstrate that the promotion was properly run. Our legal bases are performance of the giveaway terms and our legitimate interests in operating, securing and defending a fair promotion.

Marketing choice

If you tick the optional marketing box, we record that choice and may email you about future giveaways, Pokémon products and Card & Ink news. Marketing consent is not required to enter. You can unsubscribe at any time without affecting this entry.
