FAQ
Questions about collectible Pokemon cards
Take a look at the FAQs below. If you have another question, contact us and we will be happy to help.
How does Card & Ink check cards before listing them?
Every card is checked by hand before it is listed. We look at authenticity, condition, card details, set information and whether the item matches the photos.
Can I bring Pokemon cards to Card & Ink to sell in West Sussex?
Yes. If you are in West Sussex or nearby, you can arrange a meeting so we can review your cards for selling or consignment. You can also send clear photos first.
How do you value Pokemon cards and collections you might buy or consign?
We look at the exact card, set, card number, language, rarity, condition, recent sold prices, current demand and whether the card is raw, graded or sealed. We use this to decide whether a direct offer, consignment or another route makes sense.
Can you tell me if my card is worth grading?
We do not offer standalone grading advice as a public service. If a card is part of a collection we are buying or consigning, we may discuss the most sensible selling route.
Does Card & Ink offer card cleaning?
Cleaning is only available as an optional sale-prep add-on for suitable raw cards that Card & Ink has accepted to sell or consign. It costs £5 per card and is not offered as a standalone service.
Do you guarantee grades or future card values?
No. No seller or collector service can guarantee a future market value or a third-party grading result.
Does Card & Ink sell authentic Pokemon cards?
Yes. Card & Ink checks products before listing them and aims to sell genuine trading cards with accurate titles, photos and condition information.
Do you accept consignments?
Yes. Card & Ink accepts suitable Pokemon cards, graded cards and trading card collections on a sale-or-return consignment basis.
How are orders sent?
Card & Ink uses tracked delivery options because trading cards and sealed products need a delivery trail. Available services are shown at checkout.
