Refund policy
Card & Ink wants customers to be happy with their order. If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us as soon as possible at returns@cardandink.com or info@cardandink.com.
Returns
Returns are normally accepted within 30 days of delivery when items are unused, undamaged and returned in their original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.
For trading cards and graded cards, the item must be returned in the same condition it was supplied, including any sleeves, slab protection, seals, labels or packaging where applicable.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can arrange the right remedy.
Refunds
Once a return has been received and checked, approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
