These terms apply when you use www.cardandink.com or buy from Card & Ink, Ltd. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and availability
Card & Ink sells trading cards, graded cards, sealed products, accessories, bundles, merch and collector services. Product descriptions, images, condition notes and prices are provided in good faith.

Some products may also be listed across other sales channels. We work to keep stock accurate and prevent double-selling, but availability can change quickly. If a stock issue affects an order, we will contact you promptly.

Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in GBP. Shopify checkout shows the available payment methods and any delivery charges before you place an order.

Collector services
Appraisal, cleaning, grading-preparation and collection-review services are practical collector services. We do not guarantee any third-party grading result, resale price or future market value.

Accounts and website use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with checkout, upload harmful content or use the website for unlawful activity.
