Card & Ink aims to provide a reliable delivery experience. Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

We ship within the United Kingdom and internationally to selected locations. Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight or customs regulations.

Standard and express shipping options may be available at checkout depending on the order and destination.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. Returns are normally accepted within 30 days with a valid receipt when items are unused, undamaged and in their original condition.

If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect on arrival, contact us within 7 days so we can arrange the right remedy.
