There is nothing else you need to do, your enquiry is already with us. But some collections are far easier to explain out loud than in a form, and if yours is one of them, call and talk to a person. If nobody picks up, leave a voicemail with your name and a little about what you have, and we will call you back. It is also the fastest way to reach us if our email reply does not arrive.

If we can help, we send an intake reference and explain exactly what to include with the parcel.
You pack
Sleeve and protect the cards, use a sturdy box and keep the parcel contents from moving. Once posted, you can send us the tracking number.
We acknowledge arrival
After the parcel arrives, we match it to your intake reference, inspect the cards and update you on the agreed route.
For outright purchase, any offer is made after inspection and there is no obligation to accept. For consignment, we agree the accepted cards, listing approach and commercial terms before anything is listed.
