We review
We check the headline details and whether outright purchase, consignment or a short conversation is the best route.
Enquiry received
Your enquiry is with Card & Ink. We will review what you have sent and reply by email.
Your parcel slip is ready
When we confirm your cards are suitable, print this slip and put it inside the parcel. It carries everything we need to match the parcel to your enquiry the moment it arrives. We will also email you a copy with our confirmation, so you can print it any time. If you cannot print at all, writing your name, email and the reference on paper works too.
The parcel slip
Posting cards to us? Print this slip, fill in your details by hand and put it inside the parcel. It is how we match a parcel to its owner the moment it arrives. Our confirmation email includes your personalised copy too.
We send this in our confirmation email. Copy it here before posting.

Would you rather talk it through?
There is nothing else you need to do, your enquiry is already with us. But some collections are far easier to explain out loud than in a form, and if yours is one of them, call and talk to a person. If nobody picks up, leave a voicemail with your name and a little about what you have, and we will call you back. It is also the fastest way to reach us if our email reply does not arrive.
We check the headline details and whether outright purchase, consignment or a short conversation is the best route.
If we can help, we send an intake reference and explain exactly what to include with the parcel.
Sleeve and protect the cards, use a sturdy box and keep the parcel contents from moving. Once posted, you can send us the tracking number.
After the parcel arrives, we match it to your intake reference, inspect the cards and update you on the agreed route.
For outright purchase, any offer is made after inspection and there is no obligation to accept. For consignment, we agree the accepted cards, listing approach and commercial terms before anything is listed.
