Good to know
What are my options for selling to Card & Ink?
Two. An outright sale, where we buy your cards from you for a fast, guaranteed payment, or consignment, where we sell your cards on your behalf over about four weeks and pass on the proceeds minus our commission.
How does an outright sale work?
First you send your cards to us for a condition check. Once we've assessed them, we make you an offer based on the current market price. Accept it and we pay you quickly, or if you'd rather not, we send your cards back.
How does consignment work?
We list your cards for you across four weekly eBay cycles over roughly four weeks from when we receive them. Cards that sell earn you the sale price minus our commission. Cards that don't sell are posted back to you, and you cover postage both ways.
Which cards do you take?
We focus on vintage holos and reverse holos, EX cards (including modern EX) and full arts, in virtually any language, plus graded cards and sealed product. We don't take bulk or job lots, or modern standard holos and reverse holos.
How and when do I get paid?
For an outright sale, we pay promptly once you've accepted the offer we make after checking your cards. For consignment, you're paid as your cards sell across the four-week run.
