A thank-you for selling your cards to Card & Ink
Thank you for choosing Card & Ink for your collection. If we completed and paid for an outright purchase of your cards by 26 September 2026, we would like to give you 1,500 gems as a one-off thank-you. This is one gift per seller.
How to claim
Sign in at account.cardandink.com using the same email address you used when selling your cards to us. Shopify will send a sign-in code to that address. If you cannot sign in, email us and we will help.
From that same email address, send a message to info@cardandink.com with the subject Claim my seller thank-you gems. There is no need to send bank details or payment information.
We will check your completed sale, add the 1,500 gems once and confirm by email when they are ready. You can then open the rewards panel on our website, choose an available reward and apply its code at checkout.
Rewards currently start at 500 gems for £1 off. Available rewards and any delivery charges are shown at checkout. You do not need to buy anything from the shop or agree to marketing emails to claim your thank-you gems.
We will use the email you send us to verify and fulfil your claim. Claiming will not subscribe you to marketing emails. If you have a question, email info@cardandink.com.
