I can't recommend Card and Ink enough, from first reaching out to them right through to selling them my cards, they were excellent. After reaching out via the form on their website, I'd sent a collection of vintage cards to C&I for review, and I received a detailed and easy to digest offer PDF extremely quickly. Following this, Benn from C&I offered to talk me through the PDF on the phone. The offer stood for 7 days, giving me plenty of time to review and get back to Benn with a few queries to help me understand the offer and the thinking behind it. All of these questions were answered clearly and Benn was more than happy to provide more detail around specific elements of the offer as well. Once we agreed on the offer, payment was provided extremely quickly. When initially receiving the collection Benn remarked how happy he was to come across some of the cards from my collection. Benn's passion was obvious and his willingness to help was extremely reassuring. Making it easy to know that I was selling my cards to the right people. After this experience it's clear to me that Card & Ink truly care about what they do, and I couldn't be happier with the final sale and my experience dealing with them. They set up a call with me to explain how they work and we're super fast in helping me send my collection for review. I recently sold my Pokémon card collection to Card & Ink and I couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish.

The whole process was handled in an extremely professional and friendly manner. From my initial enquiry, Benn and the Card & Ink team were excellent at communicating every step of the process. They provided clear instructions for sending the collection, kept me informed throughout, and were always quick to respond to any questions.

I particularly appreciated the care they took when assessing my collection. I received a detailed, itemised offer, giving me a clear understanding of what they were able to purchase. There was absolutely no pressure to accept the offer, which made the whole process feel very straightforward and trustworthy.

The turnaround was also impressively quick. From sending the collection to receiving the assessment, agreeing the sale and subsequently receiving payment, everything was handled efficiently and exactly as promised.

One thing that really stood out to me was how Card & Ink dealt with the lower-value cards that weren't included in the purchase offer. Rather than simply disposing of them, they offered to pass them to a local game shop so they could be donated to children and potentially help introduce a new generation of players to the Pokémon TCG. I thought this was a fantastic and very positive use for cards that otherwise had little monetary value, and I was more than happy to agree to this.

Overall, I found Card & Ink to be professional, honest, communicative and genuinely passionate about what they do. I felt that my collection was treated with care and respect throughout the process, and the excellent communication gave me complete confidence in dealing with them.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Card & Ink to anyone looking to sell their Pokémon cards or TCG collection. A genuinely excellent service from beginning to end. Thank you to Benn and the whole Card & Ink team!
